I was initially nervous ordering from a Facebook post/website I was not familiar with, but communication was good and the product arrived relatively quickly despite international shipping.
The front pet carrier has worked well for me and my disabled10 pound dog. He seems comfortable. When it is adjusted to its tightest dimensions, the pack fits me – – staying on my shoulders and providing adequate support at my waist/hips. As a small , older woman, I am thrilled to have something that actually works, and that allows me to hike in the woods with both of my pups. Thank you!
